Just finished a commisioned portrait of Evan Wright. author of Generation Kill - recently adapted for a HBO miniseries that airs sunday nights.
The book is incredible and the show - written by David Simon & Ed Burns - stays fairly true to the original material.

wondering where my Philadelphia Weekly illustrations went? Steven Wells' On The Radar column is gone, replaced by his more furious, web-exclusive In Extremis that you should read every week at philadelphiaweekly.com

To Steven Wells on a recent On the Radar column:
"Thank you for another breezy, uninformative rant against religious fundamentalists. We get it: They suck. They’re child fuckers. They believe in ghosts. They think the world was created by magic.
I hate those groups, and I still can’t stand your weekly diatribe.. Your same take on the world is published on the same page of PW, accompanied by the same nauseating illustrations every week."
Thank god somebody finally noticed! I've been drawing Belle & Sebastian being mutilated, Morrissey as a Nazi, Rudolph Giuliani sucking a Cheesesteak through a Glory Hole, for going on 3 years now without so much as 1 lawyer letter or even an angry email.
